Silver Support

Build upon the “Bronze” offering with the addition of several hardware and software monitoring tasks being performed on your behalf.  As an extra to this, the customer is provided with quarterly reporting, providing an overview of calls placed and issues resolved.  Silver cover also offers fully managed Anti-Virus for computers and servers. Along with a dedicated account manager contact.

Gold Support

Includes all the benefits of “Silver”, along with 24×7 proactive monitoring of servers, switches, routers and storage as well as Web Content Filtering. Monthly system reporting, along with a quarterly Account Management review meeting.

Backup and Disaster Recovery

From fire to floods, we can ensure that should the worst happen, your data is safe; through monitoring of backups to providing Calder IT’s range of cloud backup solutions. Should the worst happen you’ll have peace of mind that your data is safe and Calder IT will assist with data recovery to new hardware onsite or as virtual server within our Data Centre.
