Due to sustained business growth over the last 6 months, Calder IT is delighted to announce the appointment of Rickie Flack to the team. Rickie brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge within the IT support sector.
Rickie will be responsible for the day to day running of Calder IT’s technical support desk. His responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring of customer backups
- Ensuring support calls are resolved according to service level agreements
- Monitoring of Calder IT’s customer proactive support platform
- Liaising with hardware vendors to ensure failed hardware is returned back to operation as soon as possible.
Outside of work Rickie enjoys cooking, DIY and electronics.
