Calder IT first started supporting our Infrastructure 6 months ago and in that time I have been impressed by their refreshing approach to IT Support. They work as an additional employee and rather than sit back and wait for issues to arise they are there with advice and experience to tackle even the most complicated IT problem.
I have worked in the industry for a good 20 years now and worked with various IT Providers and Support companies with varying degrees of success. Calder IT have given me the Piece of Mind to know that if an issue should arise they are there by my side on the frontline sorting the issue something that is increasingly rare within the IT service industry.
In a nutshell Calder IT always go the extra mile and I can rest easy knowing that whatever IT challenges may come Calder IT will be there with their wealth of experience and knowledge to see an issue through to resolution.
